Join me for a rare look under the Occidental Fine Art Center in Pioneer Square — part of Seattle's historic underground. Built over 100 years ago after the Great Fire, these hidden passageways once held shops and storefronts, later abandoned when the city rebuilt above street level. Today they're part of the Beneath the Streets tours, filled with eerie doors, old posters, and the remnants of a vanished city. My plan is to help transform these forgotten spaces into a museum that honors Seattle's layered history while making it accessible for future generations.
