World-class artist studios in the heart of Seattle's historic Pioneer Square
We renovated this historic Pioneer Square building from the ground up with one goal: give artists everything they need to create the best work of their careers. 16 large private studios across two floors, abundant natural light from large skylights, professional equipment, and a community of serious painters—all designed to remove distractions and support ambitious, focused creation.
This is where Seattle Prize fellows create their masterworks. No compromises, no distractions—just the space and support to pursue something extraordinary.
Spacious private studios across the 2nd and 3rd floors, designed for serious painters.
Third floor studios feature five large skylights flooding the space with beautiful, even light.
Each studio comes equipped with easels, storage, and dedicated work areas.
Shared spaces for collaboration, critique sessions, and community events.
